Submission of resignations by the Company’s Management Board Members

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 24 February 2016 the Company received information about the resignation from the Company’s Management Board by:

– Mr. Łukasz Hadyś – Management Board Member in charge of Finance

– Mr. Jacek Neska – Management Board Member in charge of Commerce

– Mr. Wojciech Derda – Management Board Member in charge of Operations.

Tendering of the above resignations has immediate effect. The above persons pointed to “important, especially personal, reasons” as the cause of their resignation.

The Company’s Management Board would like to thank Mr. Łukasz Hadyś, Mr. Jacek Neska and Mr. Wojciech Derda for their contribution to the Company’s development.
