Statement of KDPW Operations Department on the registration of shares in the company PKP CARGO S.A.

The Management Board of company PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs, that on 28 October 2013 it received the statement from the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. („KDPW”) stating that in accordance with the Resolution No. 786/13 of KDPW Management Board, dated 23 October 2013, on 29 October 2013 KDPW will register 21.669.008 (twenty one million six hundred sixty nine thousands eight) Company shares and assign to them code number PLPKPCR00011.
