Signing Registration of amendments to PKP CARGO S.A.’s Articles of Association

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

With reference to current report no. 13/2017 of 30 May 2017, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 22 June 2017, based on information corresponding to a current extract from the Business Register, downloaded pursuant to Article 4 Section 4aa of the National Court Register Act of 20 August 1997, presenting the status as at 22 June 2017, the Company became aware of the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, about registration, on 21 June 2017, of the amendments of the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by resolutions no. 28/2017, 29/2017, 30/2017, 31/2017, 32/2017, 33/2017, 34/2017 and 35/2017 of the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of 30 May 2017.

A list of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association was published in current report no. 13/2017 of 30 May 2017.
