Selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous in the procedure for the transport of coal by rail from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”), with reference to the information provided in current report No. 43 of July 11, 2024, informs about receiving official information about the selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous in the proceedings organized by ENEA Trading Sp. z o. o. acting for and on behalf of ENEA Wytwarzanie Sp. z o. o. for the provision of rail transport services for thermal coal from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A. for Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o. o.

The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement, which will specify detailed parameters of cooperation between the Parties, in a separate current report.
