Sale of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 6 April 2021 the Company received a notification on the sale of the Company’s shares by Mr. Piotr Wasaty, Member of the PKP Cargo S.A. Management Board.
