Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that on 9 June 2015, Mr. Zbigniew Klepacki submitted his resignation from the position of the Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The document indicated no reasons for resignation.

The Management Board of the Company would like to thank Mr. Zbigniew Klepacki for his committed contribution.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws from 2014, item 133).
