Resignation of the Company’s Supervisory Board Members

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 17 December 2015 the Company received information on the resignation of the following:

1. Mr. Jakub Karnowski as the Supervisory Board Chairman and Member,
2. Mr. Piotr Ciżkowicz as the Supervisory Board Deputy Chairman and Member,
3. Mr. Jarosław Bator as the Supervisory Board Member,
4. Mr. Sławomir Baniak as the Supervisory Board Member,
5. Mr. Jacek Leonkiewicz as the Supervisory Board Member,
6. Mr. Konrad Anuszkiewicz as the Supervisory Board Member.

Tendering of the above resignations has an immediate effect. The individual Supervisory Board Members noted “important, especially personal, reasons” as the reason for their resignation.

The Issuer’s Management Board would like to thank the Supervisory Board Members for their commitment and contribution to the functioning of the Company’s Supervisory Board
