Resignation of the Company’s Supervisory Board Chairman

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 6 March 2017 the Company received information on the resignation of Mr. Mirosław Pawłowski from his function of the Supervisory Board Chairman.

Tendering of the above resignation has immediate effect. Important, especially personal, reasons were stated to be the reason for the resignation.

The Issuer’s Management Board would like to thank the Supervisory Board Chairman for his commitment and contribution to the operation of the Company’s Supervisory Board
