Resignation of Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 17 February 2014, Mr. Sylwester Sigiel resigned from the position of Management Board Member responsible for trade affairs. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, the resignation was made with effect from the date of adoption by the Supervisory Board of the resolution on the appointment of a new Management Board Member responsible for Company’s trade affairs.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws, 2009, no. 33, item 259).
