Resignation of Management Board Member

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Art. 56 sec.1 item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 18 November 2013 it was informed about a resignation of Mr. Łukasz Boroń from the position of a member and President of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was made effective immediately. The decision to resign was due to personal reasons.

In addition, pursuant to the Management Board’s resolution from 18 November 2013 Mr. Adam Purwin, a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws, 2009, no. 33, item 259).
