Resignation of a PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 11 March 2020 the Company received information on the tendering of a resignation from the Company’s Management Board by Mr. Grzegorz Fingas, Management Board Member in charge of Commerce, effective as of 23 March of this year.

Mr. Grzegorz Fingas did not specify the reason for tendering the resignation.

The Management Board wishes to thank Mr. Grzegorz Fingas for his contribution to the Company’s development.
