Resignation of a PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”) hereby reports that on November 7, 2024 Mr. Grzegorz Lato submitted a declaration of resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring upon the commencement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring convened on November 21, 2024.
The reason for resigning from his position is personal reasons.
