Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A.

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Art. 56 sec.1 item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

In reference to the current report no. 26/2015 of 1 May 2015, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 11 May 2015 it learned about a registration on 11 May 2015 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the resolutions no. 3/2015, 4/2015, 5/2015, 6/2015 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of 13 April 2015.

List of amendments as well as the consolidated text of Company’s Articles of Association were made public in the current reports no. 21/2015 of 13 April 2015 and no. 26/2015 of 1 May 2015.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
