Registration of amendments to PKP CARGO S.A.’s Articles of Association

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

With reference to Current Report No. 3/2019 of 16 January 2019 and Current Report No. 8/2019 of 12 February 2019, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that, on 27 February 2019, the Company learned by monitoring entries in the National Court Register through the Central Information Office of the National Court Register available at https://ekrs.ms.gov.pl/web/wyszukiwarka-krs/strona-glowna that on 27 February 2019 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw entered amendments to § 26 sec. 2 item 6 to the PKP CARGO S.A.’s Articles of Association in the National Court Register.

The amendment was adopted with § 3 of Resolution No. 3/2019 of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of PKP CARGO S.A. and gives new wording to § 26 sec. 2 item 6 of the PKP CARGO S.A. Articles of Association
