Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 16 December 2024, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, acting President Management Board of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring.
