Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 26 August 2024, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mrs. Monika Starecka, acting of the Management Board Member in charge of Finance of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring.
