Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 10 September 2020, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Company’s shares by Mr. Piotr Wasaty, Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board.
