Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 17 July 2024, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Paweł Miłek, acting of the Management Board Member in charge of Commerce PKP CARGO S.A.
