Publication of the report from qualification proceedings for the position of the CEO of PKP CARGO S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO” ), in reference to the current report No. 5/2016 of 19 January 2016, acting pursuant to § 5 section 1 item 22 of Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014, Item 133) and § 15 item 4 of Company’s Regulations for appointing of the Management Board of PKP CARGO, hereby encloses the content of the report from qualification proceedings for the position of the Chief Executive Officer of PKP CARGO.
