The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”), in reference to the current report No. 24/2014 of 24 April 2014, acting pursuant to § 12 of the Regulation of Council of Ministers on the conduct of the proceedings for the position of member of the board in some commercial companies dated 18 March 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2003, No 55, item 476) and § 15 item 4 of Company’s Regulations for appointing of the Management Board of PKP CARGO, hereby encloses the content of the report from qualification proceedings for the position of the members of the Management Board of PKP CARGO.
