Publication of a report from a completed recruitment procedure for the positions of the Company’s Management Board Members

With reference to current report no. 22/2016 of 31 March 2016, acting pursuant to § 5 Section 1 Item 22 of Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014 Item 133) and § 15 Section 4 of the Bylaws for Appointing the Company’s Management Board Members, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby publishes the report from a completed recruitment procedure for the positions of Management Board Members of PKP CARGO, i.e.:

– Management Board Member responsible for Finance
– Management Board Member responsible for Trade
– Management Board Member responsible for Operations.
