Publication dates of PKP CARGO S.A.’s periodic reports in 2016

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces publicly the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2016. The periodic reports will be published on the dates stated below:

  • Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2015: 15 March 2016
  • Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2016: 12 May 2016
  • Extended consolidated report for H1 2016: 25 August 2016
  • Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016: 10 November 2016.

Also, the Company hereby reports that: (i) pursuant to § 102 section 1 of Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (“Regulation”), the Company will not publish the standalone and consolidated report for Q4 2015; (ii) pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish its standalone half-year report and accordingly the extended consolidated half-year report will contain a condensed half-year financial statements and report of the entity authorized to audit financial reports and condensed additional information; (iii) pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish its standalone or consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2016; (ii) pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish its standalone quarterly reports and accordingly the extended consolidated quarterly report will contain a condensed quarterly financial information.

Any changes in the periodic report publication dates will be announced publicly in the form of a current report.
