Proposal of a candidate for an independent member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) reports that on 11 June 2019 it received a letter in which a shareholder – Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander puts forward the candidacy of Ms. Zofia Dzik to be a member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board meeting the criteria of independence.

The candidacy was submitted for review as part of the agenda of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting convened for 26 June 2019.

Together with the candidacy the Company received Ms. Zofia Dzik’s curriculum vitae, consent to be a candidate for the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board and a representation on the candidate’s independence.
