Proposal of a candidate for a PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”) reports that Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“TFI PZU”) acting on behalf of investment funds that are shareholders of the Company (“Funds”) informed that in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on October 7, 2024, as part of point 7 of the agenda regarding changes planned when concerning member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring, the Funds plan to:
1) submit a proposal to dismiss Izabela Wojtyczka (Izabela Wojtyczka) from the Company’s Supervisory Board;
2) nominate Grzegorz Lato as a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The Company attaches to this report information provided by TFI PZU along with the candidate’s CV and statements.
