The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”) reports that Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“TFI PZU”) acting on behalf of investment funds that are shareholders of the Company (“Funds”) informed that in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on November 21, 2024, as part of point 6 of the agenda regarding changes planned when concerning member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring, the Funds plan to nominate Marzena Piszczek as a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The Company attaches to this report information provided by TFI PZU along with the candidate’s CV and statements.

§ 19 Section 1 Item 2) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
