Notification of retracting lawsuits

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 5 of the Act on Offering – information update

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) announces that today, i.e. 29 March 2016 it learned of the retracting of lawsuits on 29 March 2016 related to ascertaining the non-existence of collective disputes in the Company’s various establishments and at the overall Company’s level.

In current report no. 58/2015 of 2 November 2015 the Company reported on the filing of lawsuits to prevent a general strike.
