Notice of setting the date of commencement of a general rolling strike for 18 December 2015

With reference to Current Report No. 62/2015 of 6 November 2015, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that it has been informed that the National Protest and Strike Committee active in PKP CARGO S.A. (“KKPS”) announced the date of commencement of a rolling general strike for 18 December 2015; the strike will start in the Company’s Silesian Unit.

Commencement of a rolling general strike has to be preceded by sending a notice by the Company Protest and Strike Committees of PKP CARGO S.A. to the employers, i.e. to PKP CARGO S.A. Units, 5 days before the planned commencement of the strike.
