Memorandum of Agreement between the parties to the Company Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees Hired by the Establishments of PKP CARGO S.A.

In reference to Current Report No. 15/2016 of 15 March 2016, the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 22 June 2016 a memorandum of agreement was executed between the parties to the Company Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees Hired by the Establishments of PKP CARGO S.A. (“CCBA Memorandum of Agreement”).

Under the CCBA Memorandum of Agreement, the Parties resolved to postpone the time limit for the execution of a memorandum of agreement constituting the implementation of the post-inspection report of the District Labor Inspector in Warsaw of 15 October 2015 to 31 December 2016 and to execute, by this new time limit, a memorandum of agreement ending the collective dispute commenced in the Company on 2 July 2015.
