Last tranche of public aid received under the co-funding of the infrastructural project in Zduńska Wola – Karsznice

In reference to Current Report no. 32/2022 of 29 July 2022 on the execution of contracts by the PKP CARGO Terminale sp. z o.o. subsidiary to carry out the infrastructural project in Zduńska Wola – Karsznice, and Current Report No. 38/2023 of 15 December 2023, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that today it received the last tranche out of the co-funding amount of PLN 51,700,000 awarded to the Company by the Management Board of the Łódź Voivodship from the Regional Operational Programme. Public aid constituted 49.98% of the eligible costs of execution of this Project.

The Zduńska Wola – Karsznice Multimodal Terminal is a key element of PKP CARGO S.A.’s development strategy. When operational, it will greatly improve the Company’s capacity to provide comprehensive logistics services to companies in a variety of industries. Currently, it is one of the largest multimodal logistics centers in Poland.
