Information regarding the conclusion of contracts with PGNiG Termika S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“PKP CARGO” the “Company”) informs about the conclusion on December 6, 2024 of two agreements between PKP CARGO (“Contractor”) and PGNiG Termika S.A. (“Ordering Party”), the subject of which is the rail transport of thermal coal to the PGNiG TERMIKA S.A. plants, including the provision of the Pruszków EC siding service.

The agreements will be valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.

The maximum total value of the contracts during their validity period will be PLN 105.2 million net.

The above agreements were concluded as a result of a sectoral procedure conducted under an open tender, which was not covered by the provisions of the Public Procurement Law entitled: “Rail transport service of 4,300,000 tons of thermal coal to PGNiG TERMIKA SA plants, including the provision of the Pruszków EC siding service from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.”
