Information regarding the conclusion of agreements with Enea Wytwarzanie Sp.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) (“PKP CARGO”, “Company”) hereby announces that on 4 September 2024, three agreements were mutually signed between PKP CARGO and ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. (“Ordering Party”), the subject of which is the provision of rail transport services for thermal coal from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A. for Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. in the total amount of 9 million tonnes.

The agreements will be valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2026 or until the total limit of thermal coal to be transported is exhausted – depending on which of the aforementioned circumstances occurs first.

The maximum total value of the above-mentioned agreements during their term is PLN 138,397,000.00 gross.

The Company informed about the selection of PKP CARGO’s offer as the most advantageous in the procedure organized by ENEA Trading Sp. z o.o. acting for and on behalf of ENEA Wytwarzanie Sp. z o.o. in current report no. 52/2024.
