Information on the withdrawal of the application to open the restructuring proceedings of PKP CARGOTABOR Spółka z o.o.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “Company”) hereby informs that today it received information from its subsidiary PKP CARGOTABOR Spółka z o.o. (“Subsidiary”) about the submission on August 9, 2024 by its Management Board of a declaration regarding the withdrawal of the application to open the restructuring proceedings of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o., about the submission of which the Issuer informed in report 54/2024 of July 26, 2024.

The Issuer will inform about further actions related to the submitted declaration in separate current reports.
