Information on the scope and duration of the rolling general strike in PKP CARGO S.A.

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 5 of the Act on Offering – update

With reference to the Current Report No. 68/2015 of 9 December 2015 and the Current Report No. 62/2015 of 6 November 2015, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby publishes information on the scope and duration of the general strike, obtained from employers operating within the Company, drawn up and submitted by trade union organizations pursuant to art. 20 sec. 3 of the Act of 23 May 1991 on resolving labor disputes (Journal of Laws 1991, No. 55, item. 236). According to the notifications received as of today an indefinite general strike will begin on 18 December 2015 and will include:

1) Silesian plant – 9:00 a.m.,
2) Eastern plant – 9:00 a.m.,
3) Northern plant – 2:00 p.m.,
4) Sothern plant – 11:00 a.m.

Due to the lack of knowledge about the nature of activities undertaken in the course of the general strike, the Company is unable to estimate the potential financial impact.
