Information on the result of the electronic auction in the proceedings organized by ENEA Trading Sp. z o. o., acting for and on behalf of ENEA Wytwarzanie Sp. z o. o. for the transport of coal by rail from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on July 11, 2024, it received information that in the proceedings organized by ENEA Trading Sp. z o. o. for the provision of rail transport services for thermal coal from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A. for Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o. o., as a result of an electronic auction for three tasks with a total volume of 9 million tons of PKP CARGO S.A. submitted the best offers.

Total gross value of the Company’s offers: PLN 138,397,000.00.

Upon receiving official information about the selection of the above-mentioned the Company will announce the offers as the most advantageous in a separate current report.

Due to the fact that the price is the key criterion for selecting the offer in the tender in question, the Management Board decided that the selection of the offer by PKP CARGO SA and the signing of the contract is highly probable.
