Information on the acceptance of the Company’s commercial offer by ArcelorMittal

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 29 July 2024 it became aware that ArcelorMittal had accepted the commercial proposals presented by the Company regarding the conclusion of two agreements with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. and ArcelorMittal Warszawa Sp. z o.o. for the transport of goods from various cargo segments with a total estimated volume of approx. 6 million tonnes. The subject agreements will be concluded for a period of two years each.

The Company will inform about the signing of the above-mentioned agreements, which will specify the detailed parameters of cooperation between the Parties, in a separate current report.
