Information on submission of a bid by PKP CARGO S.A. in a consortium with PKP CARGO Service Sp. z o.o. in the proceedings organized by TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o. conducted in an open tender procedure entitled: “Provision of a rail coal transport service for the needs of generating units of TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o.”

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby announces that on August 20, 2024 it received information that in the procedure organized by TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o. for the provision of rail coal transport services for the needs of TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o. generating units, PKP CARGO together with PKP CARGO Service Sp. z o.o. as a Consortium submitted bids for two tasks with a total volume of 465 thousand tonnes. These bids turned out to be the best bids.

The total gross value of the offers was: PLN 14,555,881.50.

The Company will inform about receiving official information about selecting the above offers as the most advantageous in a separate current report.

Due to the fact that price is a key criterion for selecting the offer in this tender, the Management Board considered that the selection of PKP CARGO S.A.’s offer and signing of the contract is highly probable.
