The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“PKP CARGO”, “Company”), in reference to the information provided in current report No. 75/2024 of August 29, 2024, today received official information about the selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous in the procedure organized by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. for the provision of the service of transporting hard coal by rail to the Branches of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A. in the years 2025 ÷ 2027.
As part of the offer, PKP CARGO will implement the above-mentioned: transport worth PLN 173,946,467.07.

The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement, which will specify detailed parameters of cooperation between the parties, in a separate current report.
