Expiration of the mandate of a Member of the Company’s Management Board

PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 11 May 2016, i.e. on the date of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the financial statements for the last full financial year, i.e. for 2015, the mandate of Dariusz Browarek, Management Board Member responsible for Human Resources, expired.

As a result of the changes, the Management Board is composed of the following persons:

1. Mr. Maciej Andrzej Libiszewski – President of the Management Board
2. Mr. Arkadiusz Paweł Olewnik – Management Board Member responsible for Finance
3. Mr. Jarosław Klasa – Management Board Member responsible for Operations
4. Mr. Grzegorz Fingas – Management Board Member responsible for Trade
