Estimation of PKP CARGO Group’s selected financial and operating results for 2019

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby publishes estimated selected consolidated financial and operating results for 2019:

– Revenues from contracts with customers – PLN 4,781.6 million;

– EBIT – PLN 143.4 million;

– net profit – PLN 36.0 million;

– EBITDA – PLN 859.9 million;

– freight volume – 108.6 million tons.

A change in the assumptions for measuring provisions for employee benefits casued a reduction of EBITDA by PLN 25.2 million in Q4 2019.

The figures presented above are estimates and as such are subject to change. Publication of the consolidated report of the PKP CARGO Group for 2019 is scheduled for 23 March 2020.
