Entrusting the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) informs that on February 6, 2025, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution in which it entrusted Mr. Bogusław Nadolnik, a Member of the Supervisory Board, with the function of the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 8th term.

The Company announced the appointment of Mr. Bogusław Nadolnik to the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO in current report No. 16/2024 of May 13, 2024.
