Entrusting the duties of Member of the Management Board for Restructuring

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that the Company’s Supervisory Board on 13 November 2024 entrusted Mr. Paweł Miłek, Member of the Supervisory Board, with performing the duties of Member of the Management Board for Restructuring.
Pursuant to the decision of the Supervisory Board of October 15, 2024, Mr. Paweł Miłek was delegated to temporarily, i.e. from October 26, 2024 to January 25, 2025, perform the duties of a Member of the Company’s Management Board and perform the duties of a Management Board Member in charge of Commerce. Pursuant to today’s decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr. Paweł Miłek will serve as Member of the Management Board in charge of Commerce and Member of the Management Board for Restructuring at PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring.
