End of the Collective Labor Dispute with Trade Union Organizations

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”), with reference to the current report No. 63/2014 of 3 November 2014, hereby informs about the conclusion of the agreement ending the collective labor dispute with nine trade union organizations active at the Company (”Trade Unions”) (“Agreement”), which arose with effect from 30 October 2014. On 12 February 2015 the last of the Trade Unions, party to the collective labor dispute has signed the Agreement, the terms of which were subject to negotiations between the Company and the Trade Unions held on 11 February 2015.
The Agreement provides for a partial realization of a number of postulates, formulated by the Trade Unions in the letter of 30 October 2014, concerning above all: (i) the value of gratification paid on the occasion of a Railwayman’s Day, (ii) introduction of gratification for changing the work schedule, (iii) increasing the daily rates for the purchase of preventive as well as regenerating and strengthening meals, (iv) and implementation of an allocation allowance, as well as organizational issues.
