Dismissal of PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Members and delegation of Supervisory Board Members to act temporarily in the capacity of Management Board Members
The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 24 April 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board dismissed the following from the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board, effective as fo 24 April 2024:
– Mr. Dariusz Seliga, President of the Management Board,
– Mr. Marek Olkiewicz, Management Board Member in charge of Operations,
and effective as of 25 April 2024:
– Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz, Management Board Member in charge of Finance, and entrust him with discharging the duties of President of the Management Board.
The reasons for the dismissals were not provided.
At the same time, on 24 April 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to delegate:
– Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 April 2024 to 25 July 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of President of the Management Board
– Ms. Monika Starecka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 April 2024 to 25 July 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust her with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Finance,
– Mr. Paweł Miłek, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 April 2024 to 25 July 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Commerce.
According to their submitted statements the above individuals do not conduct any activity competitive to that of the Company, are not involved in any competing company as a partner in a civil law firm, partnership or corporation, do not participate in a competing legal person as a member of its corporate body, nor are listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
