Dismissal of PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 22 April 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board dismissed Mr. Jacek Rutkowski, Management Board Member in charge of Commerce, from the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board.

The Supervisory Board resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption. The reasons for the dismissals were not provided.
