Dismissal of a Member of the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (the “Company”) hereby informs that on September 2, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in connection with the request of some of the Trade Unions operating in the Company, dismissed, as of September 2, 2024, Mr. Zenon Kozendra from the position of Member of the Management Board – Representative of Employees of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring, and thus from the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring
