Delegation of Supervisory Board Members to act temporarily in the capacity of Management Board Members

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that the Company’s Supervisory Board on 15 October 2024, adopted resolutions according to which it decided to delegate:

– Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 October 2024 to 25 January 2025, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of President of the Management Board,

– Ms. Monika Starecka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 October 2024 to 25 January 2025, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust her with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Finance,

– Mr. Paweł Miłek, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, to act temporarily, i.e. from 06 October2024 to 25 January 2025, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Commerce.

The Supervisory Board adopted the above-mentioned decision in the face of the end without a result of the qualification procedure, which was to select a new Management Board of the Company, in order to ensure the possibility of conducting business by the Company through authorized bodies.
