Delegation of Supervisory Board Members to act temporarily in the capacity of Management Board Members

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that the Company’s Supervisory Board on 15 July 2024, adopted resolutions according to which it decided to delegate:
– Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 July 2024 to 25 October 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of President of the Management Board
– Ms. Monika Starecka, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 July 2024 to 25 October 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust her with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Finance,
– Mr. Paweł Miłek, a Supervisory Board Member of PKP CARGO S.A., to act temporarily, i.e. from 26 July 2024 to 25 October 2024, in the capacity of the Company’s Management Board Member, and entrust him with discharging the duties of the Management Board Member in charge of Commerce.

The Supervisory Board adopted the above-mentioned decision in the face of the ongoing qualification procedure to select the new Management Board of the Company, due to the need to maintain continuity of management of the Company.
