Dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2013 financial year

General legal basis (selected in ESPI): Art. 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act on Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. („Company”) hereby announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2013 financial year. Periodic reports will be communicated to the public on the following dates:

• consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2013 – 14 November 2013.

The Company declares that pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“Regulation”) it will publish consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter 2013 containing quarterly financial information of the parent to the extent specified in the Regulation. The Company will not convey a separate stand-alone quarterly report for the reporting period.
