Court Registration of the changes to the Company’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby announces that on 5 November 2013 the Company received decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register, dated 4 November 2013 on registration of the changes to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted by the Resolution no. 61/2013 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders which was held on 18 October 2013, concerning provisions on the validity of the General Meeting of the Shareholders, the rules for appointment of the members of the Management Board and the procedure for adoption of resolutions relating to amendment of certain provisions of the Articles of Association.

The Company has enclosed the previously binding text of the Company’s Articles of Association, the list of amendments and the uniform text of the Articles of Association.

Legal basis: § 38 sec. 1 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent information as required by the law of a non-Member State.
