Correction to an attachment to Current Report No. 14/2022 – Changes in the composition of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board

The PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board (“Company”) here makes a correction to an attachment to Current Report No. 14/2022 published on 22 April 2022 concerning changes in the composition of the PKP Cargo S.A. Management Board.

As a result of a technical error, the wrong attachment was conveyed with this report. The Company hereby conveys the correct attachment to Current Report No. 14/2022 containing the CV of Mr. Jacek Rutkowski.

The body of Current Report No. 14/2022 and the second attachment are unchanged.
